COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

All you need to cook your Rockin' Risotto mix is 3C of liquid (2.5C for instant pot) + 2 tbsp olive oil (or any good quality oil). The 3C liquid can be any combo you choose: water, soup broth, white wine or cream. We use 1C water, 1C chicken broth & 1C white wine. If using cream as part of your liquid it should be added after you have stirred in the risotto mix to your other liquids. 


STOVE TOP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring your 3C of liquid to a boil, add the contents of one bag of Rockin' Risotto + 2 tbsp oil, stir well & cover. Reduce heat to minimum. Simmer for 20 mins - stirring every 5 mins & stir at the end of cooking.


INSTANT POT COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Use 2.5C liquid + 2 tbsp oil. Stir contents of bag into liquids in your instant pot. Pressure cook for 6 mins, then wait 4 mins before manual release. 


Stir in some butter & garnish with parmesan or asiago cheese.


These cooking processes create a nicely-textured, al dente risotto dish. One package of risotto produces enough risotto as a side dish for 4-6 people. As a main dish it serve 2-3.
